You know that famous saying “the grass is greener on the other side”. In as much as in some cases, the grass is truly greener and fresher lol sometimes, it’s really not.
Sometimes we want something, or we want to do something and when it’s finally accomplished, it’s not even as good as the latter.
When we are not satisfied with what we have and what we have been blessed with, we tend to look at other people’s lives as the criteria for how ours should be. We assume that there are always better things in other places. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side, people only show what they want you to see and that suddenly becomes your criteria on how things should be?
Live your life, work for what you want but don’t work because you want that person’s life. Work because you should for yourself.
